Si tu supieras...



"Everybody Knows" fue publicada en el album de Leonard Cohen "I'm Your Man" en febrero de 1988 y la composición corrió a cargo del propio Leonard Cohen y de su colaboradora Sharon Robinson.

Larga, de cinco minutos y medio, "Everybody Knows" se desarrolla con un tono sombrío, repitiendo la expresión que le da nombre en muchos de sus versos. Amargamente pesimista a la vez que divertida, trata sobre el fin del mundo tal como se conocía en el momento de su edición.

Thank you Mother



Porque ser madre es un plus.

Porque la mía en los 60, 70 y 80 fue una auténtica pionera social en un mundo si cabe más hostil que el actual.

Porque con su ejemplo crecí y me convertí en quien soy hoy en día.

En homenaje a todas las madres. Porque su tiempo, dedicación, cariño y abnegación son cualidades que debemos valorar en todos los ámbitos de nuestra sociedad.
